Meadowlea Estates is located in Deland, Florida, approximately 30 miles north of Orlando and 18 miles southwest of Daytona. Meadowlea Estates is situated in a country like setting in suburban Orlando and is the home of many residents that split time between multiple residences. The setting in the community is somewhat rural, with a serene entrance into the community. Pride of ownership, on behalf of the current residents, is obvious. The community is an age restricted community for seniors only. |
